Would be great to see ArGo and MF logs for these deliveries.

Now.. i made a simple test...
i activated the mailfilter extensions and send an email using my outlook from testmail@nscom.it to mmassarutto@hotmail.com

when i received the timeout error message on my outlook... i saw the end of the mailfilter logging : 21/05/2007 15:27:38    3    6    Message will be delivered to recipient

so i watch the _outbox folder in argosoft folder and i saw my message...

the message go outbox only if i stop the server and disable mailfilter.

Try the option relay with the settings "localhost", Port "25", specify any existing user or add 127.0.0.1 to the trusted IP range.

can it be a DNS problem?

hi everybody....
after a day of tests... i see the problem is connected to Mailfilter Service....

i 've a blacklist check filter active... when the system checks... it connects to Mailfilter Service... and the problem begins...
now i tested the system with mailfilter service active but no blacklist active and evertything goes well....

wich other kind of filter may i use to check if the problem is only for black lists or is for all the service?
wich kind of problem can cause these errors?

Sorry for late reply, I check this forum rarely. The more frequent support is on news://news.sssolutions.net. Well, I think the problem in DNSBL filter 'blacklist'. Perhaps, you need change DNS server in MailFilter options as current takes around minute to check DNSBLs. Try to disable 'blacklist' filter and see if problem pass away.
