To comply with certain legal requirements in the UK, all of our outgoing email, (replies, forwards and new emails) have to contain our company details. This isn't a problem with some of our members of staff who use outlook/outlook express etc. The majority of our staff use the web interface which is where the problem lies. With the previous incarnation of the webmail interface I was able to shoehorn the required sig in by editing the compose.aspx and compose.aspx.cs files. Since the ability to send html email has appeared, whilst I can still get it to put the sigs on plain-text emails, it hasn't proved so easy to get it to add the sig to html-emails.
Having looked at a lot of other webmail software solutions, it would appear that the Argosoft mail server is sadly lacking in this area as the ability to add sigs is a fundamental part of the email process and it would be really handy if this was addressed in a future release. Until then, if anyone has a solution I can implement myself, I'd be very grateful to hear your ideas.
