For the auto-responder, you can set the default character set. To do this, go to the ArGo Admin Console.Click the Gear Icon and select Default Settings -> User. In here you can set the default encoding and character set. It appears that the auto-responder is plain text, however have you tried inserting some HTML code and see how it comes through on the other end? As for a logo, it would have to be an image link and the source must be accessible via the net.

I do not know of any other way to attach an image to an auto-responder via ArGo. If you use eWall or Mail Filter you could possibly create a rule and change the message to HTML.
