I have Mail Server.NET version 1.0.8.2 and have two users reporting an identical problem.

Using their mailboxes in IMAP mode with iPhone 4 or 4S some messages on the iPhone cannot be displayed.
If the user uses a traditional client like Outlook, the messages display fine.

The iPhone reports that the message cannot be displayed due to a formatting error and suggests you ask the sender to reformat the message and resend.

I have not extensively tested but the users report that the problem is with messages sent via the WebMail interface and/or in plain text.

Has anyone else has this experience or seen a solution?

Bru92,

Is the sender is a local sender ? (exemple : from toto@yourdomain.com to titi@yourdomain.com) ?

Sincerly.

The problem exists without regard to the originating domain.  It appears to be linked to plain text messages.
Does anyone else IMAP and iPhones?

Can you please use the latest version of mail server? I did some optimizations of the server for iPhone and Android in recent versions.

Thanks
Archie
