Hi,
Seems like your ISP is blocking you port 25. If you are with Infinitum (Telmex), you have to ask for it to be unblocked. Otherwise, contact your ISP.
To verify if your port 25 is blocked, open a MSDOS window and type the following:
telnet smtp.galeza.com 25
If you receive an answer, you have port 25 open. If you receive an error, port 25 is blocked.
