Running Sept 22, 2008 version of MailServer .NET on w2k Server.
As I had to browse thru some user mailboxes using the UI I saw that the mail UIDs have been extended, so all mails received after installing the update (I'm not sure which one) have a longer UID. So far so good.
Funnily I cannot access older mails on the UI any more. An error message shows:
Cannot find the C:\Program Files\ArGo Software Design\ArGoSoft MailServer .NET\\_users\_Default\xxxx\Inbox\sh4li6woeq4l6jb8 .eml file. Do you want to create a new file?
(and: yes, the blanks are not intentional, but real). In my installation the mails that are not accessible via UI are dated before June 31, 2008. I think that only the launch of notepad is affected - seems that the filename is filled up with blanks. The .eml files still remain in the user directories.
